Effective Record Keeping

Good record keeping is integral to safe, effective person-centred care. The effective practitioner needs to consider many factors when it comes to record keeping such as local policy, regulatory standards and organisational practices. The 'Effective Record Keeping in Practice' here previously was retired due to changes with Adobe Flash Player. We are looking to develop a new resource that will assist you in exploring this topic futher.
