Facilitating Learning
As facillitating learning is intregral to the role of the effective practitioner, a national resource has been developed to support the local delivery of learning. It explores the underpinning theories and principles of learning as well as strategies for delivery and evaluation. This toolkit is for experienced trainers/facilitators, with expert knowledge and skills in delivering work-based learning. Ideally you should have qualifications and experience in health and social care education, for example, those with a Post Graduate Certificate in Education, professionals who work in Continuing Practice and Professional Development departments or as Practice Educators, GP Trainers or Learning and Development practitioners. However there is information that is useful for all practitioners.
