  European Health Management Association The Association aims to allow health managers, policy makers and researchers across Europe to exchange knowledge and share learning.  The site contains a searchable database of articles, presentations, policy papers and case studies and is useful for gaining a European, as well as a UK, perspective on management.

  Institute of Healthcare Management This is the website for the professional organisation for managers throughout healthcare.  The focus is on improving patient/user care through excellent management. The site has a framework for Continuing Professional Development, information on CPD events and a database of coaches for those who wish support as they develop their management skills.

  King's Fund Leadership Programme This site houses a library with an extensive range of resources and provides a range of programmes to suit different learning styles, professional backgrounds and work challenges.  Available resources include reports on current leadership projects and publications relating to leadership.

  Mind Tools^TM This toolkit contains lots of interesting and useful activities and information to help develop management, career and thinking skills.  The career skills section is well worth looking at.
